Over the last year our landscape has changed dramatically. Before March 2020 we had a tough time convincing customers that the cloud was the way to go if you wanted to move your business to the next level. There was a lot of resistance against working remotely and site visits were the norm.
“Change control” is the term that is used for the process used to identify, document, and authorise changes to an environment and is a vitally important part of the project management process. Changes could include any item that would impact a project. It is important to consider and approve each change carefully.
The people in your organisation are your biggest asset. A company is only as good as its people and if you are smart, you will hire people who will push you to think diversely and to collaboratively perform better.
